Welcome to the Canary Creek Community Website. More than a destination, Canary Creek is a community of 102 lovely homes nestled neatly inside the Northwest edge of the City of Lewes, Delaware. It is a warm, vibrant refuge full of new friends and helpful neighbors. This website is intended to serve as a comprehensive resource that will provide news and information to all members of the Community whether full or part time residents.

Canary Creek HOA Meetings for 2021

The September Meeting is the "Annual Meeting" with elections to the Executive Board.
There will be TWO open seats on the 5 member board. Doug Spelman & Ric Dammeyer's terms have expired.

*** Please consider joining the Canary Creek HOA Executive Board ***

We are waiting on the City to determine if the September 2021 meeting can be held at The Margaret Rollins Community Center on Adams Avenue (Old Lewes Library) Saturday 9/4/21 at 10:30 AM. Until confirmed we will plan to conduct the meeting via ZOOM.

An email "invitation" will be sent to owners of record to attend.

Time: Saturday September 4th, 2021 - 10:30 AM Eastern Time

2021 Social Events for Canary Creek

Meet & Greets are back!!!

Our neighbors have generously volunteered to host Meet & Greets in their homes. We are looking forward to getting together again.

August 14 from 6 to 9 PM hosted by Debbie and Ray Fratella at 418 Samantha.

September 18 from 6 to 9 PM hosted by Fran Balinskas at 415 Samantha.

The Halloween Party is Back! Thank you Karen and Robbie Frederick. October 30 at 5 PM at 309 Samantha. Costumes encouraged!

The restaurants have their own COVID mask policies. For the in-home community events we will be following the new CDC guidelines: you will not be required to wear a mask if you are fully vaccinated, however if you are not yet fully vaccinated please continue to wear a mask and physically distance. Thank you.

Virtual outreach to all residents by social committee to provide support to each other! If assistance is needed or you would like to learn more please call or email co-chairs.
